Before dispatch
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.
To request cancellation, contact support@beyondthebean.in or WhatsApp +91 83101 97409.
Include:
- Order ID
- Name
- Cancellation request
After dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot normally be accepted.
If a shipment has already entered the courier network, it will be handled through the applicable delivery/NDR/RTO process.
Any refund or other remedy will be subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the order.
